1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

You received the wrong item or model.
The product is not functioning properly (subject to verification).

To be eligible, the product must be:

Unused and in the same condition as received.
Accompanied by the invoice or order receipt.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage not caused during shipping.
Items purchased during sale or promotional offers.
Earbuds, earpods, or headphones that have been used, unless found defective on arrival.

3. Return / Exchange Process

Refund or Replacement:
- Replacement will be sent after quality inspection.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days after product receipt and verification.

4. Shipping Costs

If the product is defective or incorrect, Mibexo will bear the return shipping charges.
If the return is for any other reason, the customer will bear the shipping cost.
